As a strategic coach and consultant to business leaders, Scott Jeffrey is a managing partner at The Cult Branding Company. He is the author of Creativity Revealed and Journey to the Impossible as well as numerous articles on business strategy and branding. Residing in the beautiful Catskill Mountains of upstate New York, Scott spends his cherished free time hiking with his yellow lab, Yoda, experimenting with new cuisines in his kitchen, and exploring the nature of consciousness. Scott firmly believes that silence trumps sound of any kind.
Aaron Shields
Aaron Shields is a student, a knowledge seeker on an endless quest to better understand humans and the worlds they inhabit. By studying a diverse range of sources, from food and wine to neurobiology, and letting his mind actively wander, Aaron seeks to make wild connections that lead to creative solutions. He's the author of the extensive article Creativity in the Workplace. Aaron holds a degree in biology and theater from the University of Pennsylvania. He does one of the best bottom deals in the world of magic, is a notorious food and wine snob, and performed at the fringe festival in Edinburgh, Scotland 2003.
Jenny Lee
Jenny Lee is a clinical psychologist, with a doctorate from Columbia University. Using her knowledge of the psychological domain, Jenny enjoys exploring and making connections between how the mind works and the inner workings of organizations. When she’s not writing articles and providing insights for CultBranding.com, she’s working with clients in her private practice, teaching graduate students, and performing mindfulness research. She’s an avid reader of the New Yorker, a food enthusiast, and a traveler with a chronic case of wanderlust.
Salim Bueno
As a student of psychology who has grown up in the technology age, Salim Bueno has been immersed in the world of Cult Branding for over five years, working alongside his older brother BJ. With an interest of how brands serve their customers through their people and technology, he is interested in how brands combine both assets to make unforgettable experiences for their customers. Proficient at playing the French horn, Salim also hails as #1 in all of Kashistan in Street Fighter 2 Turbo Edition.

Joze Perez is a computer scientist who is passionate about the World Wide Web. Amazed with the endless possibilities of the Internet, he is interested in how brands extend their brand experience into the virtual world using technology. Joze is the architect and webmaster behind CultBranding.com.

Ozzie Coto is an autodidactic freak of tech. The world he inhabits is on the nanoscale, a place where even the well understood electrons behave in crazy new ways. He confronts nose-bleeding problems in the areas of physics and business development with profound intuition and creativity. He and his friends have a stack of working prototypes and patents for an amazing new tool (laser doping) that obsoletes how electronics gets manufactured. Melissa Thornton
Melissa Thornton is an award-winning communication designer with a bachelors degree in Fine Arts from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design College. With an unusually sharp eye for design, she handles all visually-related elements for The Cult Branding Company, including CultBranding.com. She seems to have been sucked into the world of Cult Branding in that she owns a VW Beetle, an Apple MacBook Pro, an iPhone, and she loves to watch Oprah. But her true passion is photography.
